Prices and Availability

Rentals begin at 4pm on the first day and end at 10am on the last day and include exclusive use of Casa Pero, it’s gardens and pool area.

Rental rates are fully inclusive of all household linens, gas, water and electricity. Please bring your own towels for swimming pool and beach.

7 night minimum stay

Saturday changeover during July and August;

Outside this period we are happy to consider weekday bookings

All payments accepted are either by bank transfer or by cheques made payable to Lynne Jellard

Provisional bookings will be confirmed on receipt of a 50% deposit.

The balance, plus a returnable £250.00 security deposit to cover any breakages, damage or extra cleaning etc is due 8 weeks before your stay at Casa Pero.

In the event of cancellation more than 8 weeks before your stay, 25% of the deposit is forfeit; if less than 8 weeks 50% of the total rental cost is forfeit
